A longtime local real estate professional, Lynne is known for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in all her dealings. When navigating deals for buyers and sellers, Lynne is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. While she is a strong negotiator and client advocate, she is also a compassionate, humorous partner who can ease the transaction process. An Army-Brat, born in Japan and well-traveled, Lynne grew up in Fairfax, Virginia, where she attended Oakton High School and George Mason University, studying Finance and Economics. She started her real estate career flipping homes during the Northern Virginia housing boom before settling in Maryland and building a successful financial software business. With real estate in her heart, Lynne got her license in Maryland and became a top producer with Shannon & Luchs. When family obligations called, Lynne gave up her passion for a less demanding finance career with a Fortune 100 healthcare firm. She returned to Northern Virginia’s Loudoun County, obtaining her Virginia license. Lynne is passionate about design and decorating, and has seasoned knowledge of Northern Virginia and its wonderful neighborhoods. Her comfort level spans from serving high-profile corporate clients to individuals, and young and mature families looking to find their perfect home.
